You need a space in between the 'smart' and the '--gui' (smart --gui not 
smart--gui). Run the comand with the space and it should work. If that doesn't 
work tell me.
It is not necessary to have an extra command to run it.

Problem is still not resolved .. Unable to access smart Package ..
